Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Christmas & Holiday Lights Installers. This role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in creating safe, beautiful lighting displays that brighten our customers’ homes and businesses for the holiday season.
Compensation
Minimum guaranteed pay: $20 per hour / Average earnings $35+ an hour
Performance pay: 15% commission on the net profit per job
Installers will always earn whichever is greater — their hourly rate or the commission — so effort and efficiency are directly rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
Safely install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting and décor on residential and commercial properties.
Work confidently on ladders, rooftops, and elevated areas while following strict safety guidelines.
Handle tools, electrical cords, clips, and décor materials with care and efficiency.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
Provide friendly, professional service while on job sites and represent the company in a positive manner.
Assist with inventory, loading/unloading supplies, and keeping work areas organized.
Qualifications
Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops in various weather conditions.
Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow established protocols.
Good physical fitness and ability to lift/carry equipment.
Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible, seasonal hours including evenings and weekends.
Prior construction, roofing, landscaping, or related field experience is a plus (but not required).
