As a key part of the educational team, you will spearhead comprehensive school guidance initiatives that promote student welfare and growth.

Your role involves direct counseling, leadership among staff, and strategic planning for emergency situations in alignment with the mission of NLSchools. Collaborating with all stakeholders is essential for successful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage school guidance programs

• Assess and support student needs through collaboration

• Lead staff in critical incident response planning

• Enhance the learning environment for all students

• Advocate for diverse student development

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education is mandatory

• NL Teaching Certificate – Level IV or higher

• Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology required

• Proven counseling experience in educational settings

• Strong understanding of ethical guidance practices
