About High Desert Home Care LLC

We are a non-medical in-home care agency with a mission to help seniors and vulnerable adults remain safe, independent, and cared for in their own homes. We believe caregiving is a calling, and we treat our employees like family. "Nurturing is our Nature."

You'll be supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Helping with light housekeeping, errands, and meal prep
• Supporting client mobility and safety in the home
• Documenting care using a mobile phone app

You'd be a great fit if you:

• Are compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Can follow care plans and report changes in client condition
• Are comfortable with light physical activity and personal care tasks
• Have a drivers license and reliable transportation

Previous caregiving experience and CNA/HHA certification not required but is appreciated.
