Job DescriptionAll Care Therapies is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a Home Health setting! This exciting opportunity involves working with an expanding therapy team in the Greater Las Vegas area. We have partnered with Therapy Blocks LLC to deliver exceptional care to pediatric patients with various disorders and conditions. As a leader in rehabilitative care, we aim to continually develop solutions to meet the evolving challenges faced by therapy providers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals.
- Evaluate pediatric patients' strength, range of motion, neurological status, balance, and mobility, including wheelchair mobility.
- Provide direct patient care under physician authorization.
- Create and update treatment plans, and measure patient progress in strength and flexibility.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other care team members.
- Develop treatment plans with specific goals and tasks to help patients meet their functional objectives.
- Demonstrate exercises to improve daily task performance and alleviate pain.
- Assess patients' home or workplace environments and suggest improvements based on their needs.
- Educate families on how to care for and accommodate their children.
- Monitor patient progress and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Complete clinical notes promptly using the company’s EMR system.
- Participate in meetings and case conferences to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted NV Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply for one.
Preference for candidates with at least one year of pediatric physical therapy experience.
- Maintain continuing education requirements.
- Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
