Position Overview:
Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient-centered principles. Supervise and guide staff under your supervision, demonstrating excellence and teamwork at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient care based on standards and best practices
- Oversee clinical operations and staff supervision
- Promote service excellence and safety standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Minimum one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within six months of hire
- Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and relevant advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, or NRP)
- Must pass pre-employment assessments
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced healthcare environment
