- Manage shifts every week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
- Plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
- Responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in a corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant.
