As An Accounts Receivable Specialist, You Will

• Apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to address billing issues
• Maintain AR aging reports and assist with collections
• Prepare documentation for audits and maintain clean financial records
• Support AR month‑end close and journal entries

Succeed as an Accounts Receivable Specialist
, you should have:

• 2+ years of AR or general accounting experience
• Solid Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site in Boulder, CO
