Sourcing Supervisor at Strategic Employment Partners (SEP)
We are looking for a high‑performing CPA to join a respected public accounting firm as a Tax Manager. The role involves managing high‑level client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to firm strategy and growth.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and nonprofits.
- Provide proactive tax planning and compliance consulting.
- Lead and mentor team members while promoting a positive, high‑performance culture.
- Actively contribute to firm leadership, business development, and strategic initiatives.
- Active CPA license required;
Master’s in tax preferred. - 5+ years in public accounting with demonstrated leadership.
- Expertise in complex tax matters and strong general tax knowledge.
- Strong communication, client service, and business development skills.
- Experience with Ultra Tax, CCH, or Pro Systems tax software.
