The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and leadership skills to the table:

• 5+ years of tax accounting experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax (CPA required)
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
• Proven experience with complex tax research and planning
• Track record of training, mentoring, and supervising staff

As Senior Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in client service and team leadership:

• Prepare and review complex returns (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Estate, Fiduciary, Trust, Non-Profit, and Individual)
• Lead compliance, planning, and consulting engagements across diverse industries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and community involvement
• Champion a collaborative work ethic and high level of personal accountability
