The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and leadership skills to the table:
- 5+ years of tax accounting experience in public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax (CPA required)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
- Proven experience with complex tax research and planning
- Track record of training, mentoring, and supervising staff
- Prepare and review complex returns (C‑Corp, S‑Corp, Partnership, Estate, Fiduciary, Trust, Non‑Profit, and Individual)
- Lead compliance, planning, and consulting engagements across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and community involvement
- Champion a collaborative work ethic and high level of personal accountability
