About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Client Service Associate to join our Boulder office. This role is central to both client service and office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering excellent support to clients and staff. The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Administrative Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate client records.
- Attend meetings and prepare clear, detailed notes.
- Prepare and review paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
- Open client accounts and process money movement requests.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary details and ensure accurate paperwork.
- Support other staff members with administrative or operational tasks as needed.
Office Management Duties
- Assist with preparing the office for client visits to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Keep the office kitchen organized, clean, and stocked for staff.
- Prepare and send out mailings.
- Schedule and set up Zoom calls.
- Make dinner reservations and coordinate client/staff events when needed.
- Spearhead efforts for holiday gifts and other special initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree required (any discipline).
- Must obtain a Series 65 license within the first few months of hire (study support provided).
- Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or client service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free work.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software/CRM systems.
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $120,000 annually, dependent upon experience.

- This is an on-site position in Boulder, CO
.
