Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Reports to: Service Manager
Job Duties / General Requirements: This position will contribute to the efforts of our Service Technicians by providing timely, accurate and profitable pricing breakouts and job costing for HVAC service projects while ensuring all proposals and pricing documents are 100% compliant with existing contracting requirements.
Duties / Requirements- In-depth knowledge of a wide variety of HVAC equipment, materials and methods of repair.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong customer support and relationship building skills.
- Flexible and multitask oriented; the workload may change quickly and will require a willingness to respond accordingly.
- Excellent organization skills, accuracy and dependability.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to walk a job and build an estimate on findings.
- Able to assist with unit replacement quotes.
- Chiller knowledge or familiarity is a plus.
- Knowledge of purchasing requirements procedures.
