• Manage the award lifecycle for a portfolio of direct awards, ensuring compliance with federal and sponsor requirements
• Conduct financial analysis and monitoring of accounts, including expense tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Serve as lead proposal administrator, collaborating with Principal Investigators on proposal development
• Provide expert financial guidance to federal stakeholders regarding award allowability and compliance
• Develop and maintain accurate data management and reporting systems for award statistics and trends

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
• Advanced skills in task order/contract administration and proposal/budget preparation
• Strong financial analysis abilities and proficiency with spreadsheet applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information

• Experience working with NOAA contractual vehicles
