Primary ResponsibilitiesKeHE’s multiple lines of Exclusive Brands offer retail customers compelling natural food solutions in the communities they serve. The Sourcing Manager plays an integral role on the KeHE Exclusive Brands team, ensuring these products offer the variety and mix our retail partners need to compete in an ever‑changing marketplace. This role plays a critical link to our brand strategy. The right person will help us evolve our product offerings, ensuring a food‑forward approach to acquiring new customers, and improving the satisfaction of existing retail partners.

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring forward compelling concepts for new products consistent with brand positioning using SPINS, Competitive Sets, and market analytics.
- Leverage analytics to determine market price for product mix and portfolio.
- Seek out and secure suppliers who provide items with key attributes that align with our product standards.
- Determine supplier capabilities; verify certifications, production run size capabilities, logistics, and more.
- Negotiate supplier agreements
- Partner with team members to determine landed cost, wholesale cost, and volume estimates for each new item
- Present new program specific to KeHE Leadership and key stakeholders that specifically address the sales opportunity, the competitive landscape, pricing, purchasing strategy, expected turns per DC and the margin
- Lead the communication between the supplier and the various KeHE team members to get artwork kicked off and items setup in our system
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Tenacious focus on identifying opportunities, pursuing solutions, and achieving results.
- An energetic self‑starter who possesses initiative, a sense of urgency, and an unyielding positive attitude.
- Effective time management and project management skills with obsessive attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, deliver insights and sell concepts.
Ability to work cross‑functionally across all facets of the business
Minimum Requirements , Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Product Development, Sourcing, Private Label Management or related experience
- Advanced Skills in Excel, Power Point
- Experience with syndicated data is preferred
