About the Team The Intelligent Experience Platform (IXP) team builds technology that powers a unified, intelligent, and seamless user experience across the Workday ecosystem. As part of Core Services within Workday's Platform organization, IXP delivers the foundational layers that every Workday application and agent is built on and every user interacts with. Through data-driven insights, cutting-edge technology, and strong cross-functional collaboration, the team multiplies the impact of every application team by delivering scalable, user-centric solutions and a cohesive, agent-ready foundation essential to Workday's next era of innovation.

About the Role As a Senior Product Manager on the IXP team, you will lead at the intersection of platform services and product strategy during one of the most important inflection points in enterprise software. You will partner closely with engineering leads and architects to shape the roadmap for core platform capabilities including our Tasks Framework, which drives our My Tasks web application among others, and other content and communication services - balancing the modernization of legacy systems with shipping the agent-ready foundation that drives Workday's future vision.

You will translate deep technical work into clear business value and help define what "agent-ready" means for the  this role, you will be responsible for:
Owning the roadmap for core platform capabilities across one or more IXP products (Tasks Framework, My Tasks, others) in close partnership with engineering leads and architects,Leading the migration from legacy systems to modern services including API-accessible platforms built for both human and agentic consumption. Making the business case for emerging opportunities, translating technical investments into clear value for executive partners.

Representing the platform to partner teams across Workday, and negotiating requirements to deliver the most value aligned with the product strategy. Using data to drive decisions - analyzing usage and telemetry to measure results, evaluate investment impact, and inform prioritization.

About You Basic Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, defining, launching, and iterating on impactful SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products.
