Preconstruction Leader

Director of Preconstruction

Base pay range: $145,000 – $225,000 per year.

We are looking for someone who is ready for a new challenge. This role offers an opportunity to help pursue new work and estimate projects across a variety of market segments, including high-rise office & hospitality, multifamily, retail and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of estimating & preconstruction.
• Work with clients in pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients.
• Help develop estimating and project management staff in areas of project cost, supplier negotiation, subcontractor relations, design assist and design build, and contract and risk management.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $145,000 – $225,000 per year.
