The Role

We are seeking an elite Project Manager specializing in luxury residential new construction to oversee high‑end custom home builds and premium renovation projects. In this role, you will manage multimillion‑dollar residential developments from concept through completion—ensuring every detail reflects exceptional craftsmanship, structural excellence, and a luxury client experience.

• Experienced in residential construction project management with a strong background in luxury or custom new builds

• Skilled at managing contractors, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating complex build schedules
• Highly accountable, deadline‑driven, and committed to excellence in every phase of construction

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple luxury new‑build residential construction projects, custom homes, and high‑end renovations
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and progress reports
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, trades, suppliers, and permitting authorities
• Conduct daily site visits, quality checks, and jobsite documentation
• Host weekly site meetings and generate updated stoplight/progress reports
• Enforce strict quality control at every milestone—from foundation to final punch list
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to avoid delays, rework, or budget variances
• Hold contractors and vendors accountable through structured communication and KPIs
• Maintain and improve SOPs, safety protocols, and documentation workflows

Key Performance Indicators

• On‑Time Delivery of Luxury New Builds
• On‑Budget Project Completion
• Zero Rework / High‑Quality Final Inspections

Key Process Indicators

• Daily site verification walks completed
• Morning and evening subcontractor check‑ins
• Accurate, timely daily logs and reporting uploaded

Salary ranges (vary by location): $80,000 – $207,305 per year
