As our Customer Experience Specialist
, you'll be point-person in helping Ripton customers on all digital channels. You’ll assist with fit and sizing questions, field reviews, process returns, determine warranties, run our growing pro deal page, work with our product team on quality control and support warehouse inventory maintenance operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is curious about improving and scaling systems, and wants to grow with a mission-driven startup.
Customer Contact- Respond to fit, size, style, warranty and care questions with kindness and exceptional product knowledge
- Manage address changes, order edits and purchasing issues
- Collaborate with the warehouse team on fulfillment resolutions
- Report on common customer feedback and returns, identifying re-occurring issues and return trends to product development team
- Work with marketing on Ripton’s pro deal program, product pages, reviews and e-commerce copy
- Inspect returned products for quality control
- Accurately process and restock inventory
- Assist in inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies that impact customer purchasing
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
- Someone that can handle tough consumer situations with a solution-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, inquiring and self-motivated
- Comfortable with fast-paced multitasking
- Enthusiasm for Ripton’s brand and mission
- Customer service background is required
- Shopify, Shipstation, or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Inventory handling or management is a plus
This position offers in-depth exposure to every aspect of the business with high growth potential into new areas and departments. This role is step one for our digital CX team and the right person could develop this department as the business scales. You’ll work closely with our small team and contribute directly to the brand’s success.
