Job Title: Spa Associate (Front Desk Staff)

Location: Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Boulder, CO

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: Hourly + Service Discounts + Performance Bonuses

We’re a peaceful, client-focused day spa offering massage and facial services in a serene, upscale environment. Our team is passionate about wellness, professionalism, and creating a space where guests feel truly cared for. As a Spa Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our spa and a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Greet clients warmly and professionally
• Manage phone calls, emails, and online bookings
• Schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Educate guests on services, products, and spa policies
• Upsell retail products, spa packages, and gift cards
• Meet sales goals for memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and promotions
• Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Support daily operations and team communication

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles (spa/wellness preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Comfort with scheduling software and basic tech tools
• Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for wellness, beauty, and client care
• Availability for evenings and weekends

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
