Client Services Specialist - Energy Industry
Remote: Must reside in CO, AZ, NM, OK, UT, WY, GA or TX
Pay: $25-$35/hour W-2, depending on experience
Contract: Through the end of 2026, with continuation or conversion dependent on business needs
Red Oak Technologies is hiring a Client Services Specialist for a client in the oil and gas industry. This role focuses on resolving mineral and royalty owner cases: researching inquiries, communicating with owners, coordinating with internal teams and following each case through to resolution. Phone calls are part of the job, but this is not a high-volume call center role.
What you'll do- Respond to mineral and royalty owners by phone and email with answers and status updates.
- Research ownership, payment, account and documentation questions.
- Manage cases, involve the appropriate teams when needed and follow up through resolution.
- Support division order requests and maintain accurate owner records.
- Residence in CO, AZ, NM, OK, UT, WY, GA or TX.
- Oil and gas experience in owner relations, division orders, lease records or closely related work.
- Experience researching issues and managing cases through resolution.
- Strong communication, organization and follow-through while working remotely.
- Direct experience preparing or processing division orders.
- Lease analyst or mineral and royalty owner relations experience.
- Experience with a case management system or CRM, such as Salesforce.
The team generally works 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time
