We are looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Sports Medicine team and partner closely with our orthopedic physicians to evaluate and treat patients with sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

Remote Call — No In-Person Night or Weekend Call
Enjoy the flexibility of remote call coverage without the expectation of coming into the office for nights or weekends. You’ll have the opportunity to provide excellent patient care while still protecting your personal time and enjoying the activities, family, and life outside of work that matter to you.

Practice as part of a collaborative team.
You'll work closely with experienced orthopedic physicians and other clinical professionals, with opportunities to contribute your own clinical perspective while knowing you have physician support when you need it.
Build meaningful patient relationships.
Sports medicine care often involves an ongoing relationship with patients. You'll have the opportunity to educate, encourage, and guide patients as they work toward their treatment goals and return to the activities they enjoy.
Bring your clinical judgment to the table.
Within the physician–PA relationship and your scope of practice, you'll have the opportunity to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, manage follow-up care, and make clinical decisions.

Compensation
Schedule/Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Annualized Salary:
Starting at $110,000–$145,000 for a 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Compensation within the posted range is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Compensation is prorated based on FTE and scheduled hours for positions working less than 40 hours per week.

What You'll DoAs a Physician Assistant on our Sports Medicine team
, you will:
- Evaluate patients presenting with sports-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, and musculoskeletal complaints.
- Obtain medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
- Develop and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with orthopedic physicians.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing within your scope of practice.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care.
