? Join the Cross Country Education team as a School Psychologist and serve as a vital cornerstone of student success. - Conduct psychological assessments and triennial re-evaluations for elementary-aged students to determine eligibility for special education services and inform instructional needs.
- Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing direct support to students to promote social-emotional growth.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administration as a core member of the IEP team to integrate psychological findings into actionable educational strategies.
- Provide short-term individual or group counseling and crisis intervention services to support the mental health and safety of the student population.
- Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) or Master’s Degree in School Psychology (Required)
- Valid Special Services Provider (SSP) License issued by the Department of Education
- Prior experience working directly within a classroom setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of school-based dynamics
- Strong background in child development with the ability to manage a diverse elementary caseload (approx. 1:50)
- Top Compensation:
