** Paraprofessionals**! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Paraprofessionals for a K–12 school setting in Boulder, CO. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping them access their education and succeed in the classroom. ** What You’ll Do
*** Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom
* Assist with implementing behavior plans and classroom strategies
* Support students with academic tasks and daily routines
* Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills
* Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
* Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Support students with transitions throughout the school day
* Maintain basic documentation as needed##
** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
* Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans
* School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus  ##
