At Northrop Grumman, we work on revolutionary systems that impact people worldwide. As part of the Space Sector Contracts Operations team, you will support Contract Compliance by developing and maintaining tools, documentation, and processes, and by collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
In This Job, You Will- Support contracts organization tools development and maintenance.
- Maintain websites and contracts sector resource information.
- Provide analysis and collaborate with contracts, technical, program, finance, global supply chain, and security groups to establish appropriate policies and procedures.
- Support contracts process development, documentation review, and publishing.
- Work independently and in groups to make decisions, ensuring high levels of collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Provide training, systems, and tools to support program teams in executing contract terms.
- Support special projects, communications, and develop positive relationships at all levels.
- Collaborate with other Contract Operations functions to perform ongoing monitoring and compliance through a comprehensive self‑assessment program.
- Build and sustain customer intimacy despite geographic separation and cultivate relationships early.
- Make timely decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of professional contract experience, or Master’s degree with at least 1 year of professional contract experience.
- Understanding of various contract types and government regulations such as FAR or DFARS.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Active Secret clearance at time of application.
- Prior experience within aerospace or defense.
- Experience with business systems/tools such as CMS, Costpoint/SAP, website development, Power
BI, Tableau, Exostar, MOCAS, WAWF, PIEE, SAM.
Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 – $.
