About the Role
Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is committed to accelerating progress in genomics and life sciences. The Quality Control Technician II, NGS will work both independently and as part of a team to test next‑generation sequencing kit reagents, following established procedures and ISO 13485 guidelines. This on‑site role reports to the xGen Value Stream Leader and is based in Boulder, CO.
InThis Role
- Apply analytical skills, scientific methods, or operational processes to perform next‑generation library preparation and other molecular biology techniques using clearly defined standard operating procedures.
- Perform complex data entry and analysis, and peer review for good documentation practices, consistency, and accuracy in accordance with lab procedures.
- Perform daily lab duties including inventory replenishment, reagent preparation, routine equipment maintenance, and laboratory cleaning and organization in accordance with good lab practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a life‑science field. (Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, or related) is required; alternatively, an Associate’s degree with at least 2 years of IDT experience.
- Minimum 2 years of applicable laboratory experience.
- Demonstrated skills working with next‑generation sequencing technologies, including library preparation and data analysis.
- Master’s degree in life sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.) or related field.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, especially ISO 13485.
The hourly range for this role is $27/hr–$31/hr the position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Compensation amounts are earned, vested, and determined under company discretion. The total rewards may be modified in the future.
