Pay Range

$70.00/hr - $77.00/hr (Base pay range). Your actual pay is based on your skills and experience.

We are looking for experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes in Denver, CO (and nearby locations). This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, NOT typical home health. As a physical therapist, your job is fully centered around helping others while benefiting from autonomy, flexibility, and work‑life balance.

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and complete billing using Luna Auto‑Charting.
• Ensure patient safety and manage cancellations through Luna's Safety Shield.
• Prescribe and monitor exercises via the Luna app.

• State‑specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
