Job SummaryAt Flat Irons Flex Care, we believe that exceptional care starts with compassionate and dedicated caregivers like you. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to bring individuals full circle with personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
- Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
- Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
