Bilingual Patient Navigator

Boulder, Colorado | Full-Time, 37-40 Hours/Week | Hybrid | Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $25-$27/hour

This is a hybrid position based in Boulder, Colorado and requires weekly in-person work at Boulder Valley Health Center. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Boulder clinic.

Boulder Valley Health Center (BVHC) is seeking a bilingual Patient Navigator to connect patients with appointments, financial assistance, community resources, referrals, transportation, and follow-up support while helping them understand their care and available options.

This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, resourceful, organized, and committed to health equity, reproductive freedom, and patient-centered care
. You'll work closely with patients, clinical teams, and community partners to improve access to care and help patients move through complex healthcare needs with clarity and confidence.
