* Job Summary:
** The Convention Services Manager is responsible for achieving assigned event revenue and satisfaction goals by effectively servicing clients and managing food and beverage minimums. This role ensures the smooth execution of conventions and events while working with the Director of Sales to meet the hotel’s revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
** Essential Functions and Duties:

*** Required Experience, Education, and
Skills:
** Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, hotel management, or convention center operations. Strong knowledge of event planning, food and beverage management, and convention services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors. Ability to manage multiple events and meet revenue and service goals. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Primarily indoor work with frequent walking, standing, and lifting of objects up to 20 lbs.
