Job Duties and Responsibilities- Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.
- Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
- Refreshes drinks.
- Assists with bussing tables.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of High School education.
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
- Food safety certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
- Team player.
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
