Position DetailsOur Park is offering an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences. The successful applicant will assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the property, including front office management, guest services, and operational support. Duties include attending to after‑hours callouts, managing reservations and check‑ins/check‑outs, supporting budget management, and promoting the park’s amenities.
This role requires a hands‑on approach, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to foster a positive and safe work environment.
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or accommodation management
- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
- Ability to assist with financial management, budgeting, and expense monitoring
- Computer proficiency, with experience in RMS or similar reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and after‑hours as required
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
