Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Watchmaker Genomics
Full‑time position based in Boulder, Colorado (hybrid, 3-4 days in office, one remote). Reports to the Business Partner, People & Culture.
Base Pay Range$60,000 – $72,000 per year
Additional CompensationAnnual bonus and stock options.

Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual to support full‑cycle recruitment and enhance the candidate experience. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment efforts: schedule interviews, manage assessments, and maintain consistent communication with applicants.
- Manage job postings across internal and external platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Maintain the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, ensuring timely updates, accurate data entry, and strong reporting hygiene.
- Partner with the Business Partner, People & Culture and hiring managers on role kickoff meetings, requirement clarification, and efficient hiring workflows.
- Serve as the key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional, and engaging experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline progress, hiring stages) and support leadership with routine reporting and analysis.
- Support employer branding initiatives such as career site updates, recruitment events, job fairs, and external partnerships.
- Assist with global hiring needs, coordinating across time zones and ensuring documentation aligns with company standards.
- Collaborate on People & Culture projects related to process improvements, documentation, compliance, and employee experience initiatives.

- Comfort with handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS tools.
- General understanding of HR processes, compliance considerations, and employment best practices.
- Interest in contributing to People & Culture projects beyond core recruiting coordination responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or administrative support.
- HR‑related certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, Talent Acquisition certification) preferred but not required.
The base compensation starts at $60,000 – $72,000, plus bonus and equity. Employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off, holidays, employer covers 75% of the base medical plan with a buy‑up option, EAP, employer paid dental with a buy‑up option, employer paid vision, employer paid $25,000 life/AD&D policy, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% match.
