The right person to be a Career Advocate is warm, driven, and empathetic.

It provides intensive support like career guidance, job-specific training, and job search assistance. The program also helps address barriers to employment, such as providing assistance with mental health or obtaining a driver's license, tailoring its support to the individual's needs.

Your Role as a Career Advocate:

As a Career Advocate, you will be a vital part of someone’s employment journey. Working closely with clients in the Workforce Australia program, you will:

  • Build strong, supportive relationships to understand individual goals, challenges and barriers
  • Celebrate progress and achievements, big and small
  • Identify and address barriers to sustainable employment
  • Connect clients with training, support services, and job opportunities
  • Empower people to take control of their future and thrive in the workforce
