Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key to revolutionising the way we operate complex computer systems. You will work with cutting‑edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi‑vendor environment. As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical front line – performing batch operations as per service agreements, analysing first‑level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate.

You will also develop support‑system management processes specific to customer requirements to provide the highest level of service.

You will interact and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, making it easy to identify career paths. • Experience with scheduling software, reporting and logging
• Proficient with operating systems (Windows or Mac)

• Experience with troubleshooting, backup/recovery and basic networking

Compensation for the U.S. position is $44,400 to $79,680 per year, varying by geography, skills and experience. Part‑time roles have an adjusted pay. State and city wage requirements are respected.

This position may qualify for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, and you may receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave and paid time off.
