Role OverviewThe Chief Scrum Master will organize, plan, and lead work‑management functions for the OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF product teams. Duties include, but are not limited to, identifying and recommending work tasks/projects appropriate for work‑management tracking and analysis; coordinating among SSC/SNGT teams at BGIF/GoG; recommending suitable work metrics; and leading the collection and analysis of work task data, reporting to the Government as required.
Qualifications- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years industry‑related experience.
- Intermediate or higher training and certification in Agile or other appropriate work‑management methodologies.
Proposed salary range for Maryland: $150,000 to $240,000, final salary determined by various factors.
