Energy Law / Natural Resources / Transactional

• Represent clients in energy, natural resources, and environmental transactional matters, including project development, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to energy projects, resource management, and land transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and provide counsel on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Support partners in managing active caseloads and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar (or eligible for admission by motion).
• 3–5 years of transactional experience, ideally within energy, natural resources, or environmental law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
