The OpportunityWe are hiring a Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. This role is well-suited for an attorney who enjoys family law, values structure, and wants to grow within a firm that prioritizes quality representation and attorney well-being.
This position is not volume-driven and not an “eat-what-you-kill” environment. You will be supported by established systems, administrative infrastructure, and consistent client intake.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in divorce and family law matters, including:
- Dissolution of marriage
- Parenting time and decision-making
- Child support and maintenance
- Property and debt division
- Manage caseload with firm-provided administrative support
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
- Conduct client consultations and ongoing client communication
- Collaborate with firm leadership and support staff
- Maintain ethical, professional, and client-centered representation
- Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
- 0–7 years of experience practicing family lawor strong litigation background with family law interest)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional courtroom presence
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities independently
- Experience handling divorce and parenting cases
- Familiarity with Colorado family law rules and procedures
- Negotiation and settlement experience
- Commitment to long-term professional growth in family law
