Responsibilities include managing accounts, budgets, and costs, regularly reviewing pricing policies, and ensuring adherence to appropriate legislation. The role focuses on leading a team towards exceeding set targets and KPIs, maintaining a safe work environment, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through established group standards and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out and adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
  • Maximize efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labor sales, parts, and materials while constantly assessing against budget objectives.
  • Manage accounts, budgets, and costs for the whole department.
  • Regularly review pricing policies and ensure adherence to appropriate legislation.
  • Lead the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over-achieve these.
  • Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Enhance levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department.
  • Manage the service department ensuring that it meets dealer and manufacturer standards, operational targets, KPI parameters, and the business plan.
  • Implement the standards and procedures of the group to consistently deliver high-quality levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and timely warranty submissions that comply with all manufacturer policies.
  • Ensure a fully embedded process is in place for VHC and EVHC (Personal Video).
