• Work closely with the IPT Leadership, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deconflict priorities and resolve cross‑IPT issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to plan development increments and software builds, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
• Lead the sprint kick‑off meetings, daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and monitor sprint execution metrics such as burndown charts.
• Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ relevant engineering experience.
• 3+ years experience in a technical engineering lead position.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience guiding agile teams on how to use Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Experience with Dev Ops, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, and automated test.
• Experience with cloud services, such as AWS.

The salary range for the role is $95,000 - $135,000 per year.
