Position:
Sanitation Specialist

This role ensures the cleanliness of the facility, including common and licensed areas requiring a MED badge, with a focus on production zones.

Position:
Packaging Specialist I

This entry-level role involves packaging cannabis products, focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety in our craft concentrate lab.

Packaging Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines for handling materials
• Prepare containers, measure and weigh products
• Package items, apply labels, and assist with outgoing orders
• Maintain lab equipment and cleanliness

Administrative Tasks:

• Record packaging data daily
• Assist with deliveries as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical activity such as walking, lifting (at least 20 pounds), and standing is required. Safety gear and PPE are mandatory.

• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, punctual, reliable, self-motivated
• Effective communicator, accountable, driven for improvement

Skills and Abilities:

• Dexterity for handling small products
• Efficient time management, problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of lab safety procedures (PPE, OSHA, Haz Mat)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Over 21 years old
• Valid MED Badge and reliable transportation

Location:

Boulder Wage: $17.50-19/hour Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, Employee Discount, and Life Insurance
