This is a mid-level position where you will take a lead role in designing and executing lighting solutions for medium to large-scale projects, collaborating closely with project managers and senior team members. You will design elegant, high-performance designs on time and on budget, inspire junior talent, and bring fresh ideas that elevate the way we work. You’ll be a trusted voice in client meetings, a leader in the studio, and a visible ambassador for our firm in the industry.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Create and analyze lighting designs using AGI
32 lighting software - Draft lighting and electrical plans from red‑line markups
- Support project managers and designers on a variety of project types
- Support development of professional client reports and presentations
- Attend project meetings with Project Managers
- Engage with industry representatives
Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related design fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience designing lighting systems for indoor and outdoor environments
Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills
Professional written and verbal communications skills and active listening skills
Visualization skills ‑ sketching, rendering, modeling, and conveying lighting design concepts and technical information
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
Interest and aptitude in quickly self‑learning new software
PREFERRED SKILLS- Proficiency in AGi
32 or equivalent lighting calculation software - Proficiency in Visual Basic, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience using Com Check
