Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician position is designed as an introduction to the industry of cGMP manufacturing.

This position is a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on "pitman" Day shift schedule with working hours from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

• Routine and non-routine cleaning of equipment
• Prepare buffers and media
• Glass wash of miscellaneous parts
• Assemble setups and filters
• Autoclave media and materials
• Test filter integrity
• Manage process waste flows and material movement
• Execute inventory management tasks at the cGMP facility
• Handle and discard hazardous and non-hazardous waste
• Order and stock general supplies in the manufacturing production areas
• Perform other various tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

• Must be able to gown into a clean room environment and wear proper PPE
• Must be able to document and record activities in electronic systems and comply with regulatory requirements, cGMPs, policy documents, and SOPs
• Maintain training at 95% or greater
• Willingness to stay past the assigned shift to complete requests as needed
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and perform bending, kneeling, and reaching above head
• Responsible for general clean room tasks as assigned by Management, including staging materials, discarding waste, and moving equipment
• Provide 7 days a week coverage even when the company closes (e.g., inclement weather)

Salary Range: $21.63/hour-$27.40/hour

Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
