Careerscape is recruiting for a Boulder manufacturer that needs a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, reduce costs, and solve manufacturing challenges. You’ll work hands on with production teams implementing improvements. Our client builds innovative products with advanced manufacturing techniques. Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvements
- Design and implement process improvements and cost reductions
- Develop work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Support new product launches and ramp up
- Conduct time studies and capacity analysis
- Collaborate with quality, production, and design teams
- Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
- Train production staff on new processes
- Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Hands on approach to solving manufacturing challenges
- Six Sigma certification helpful but not required
- Competitive salary $75,000 to $100,000
