Overview
Role: Volunteer for Resident Services Youth Program
Location: Boulder, CO
Time Commitment: 2-10 hours/per week
Minimum Age: 18+

, which focuses on creating intergenerational connections that enrich the entire community.
We engage youth, parents, and older adults in shared experiences classes, events, and everyday interactions that strengthen relationships and build a vibrant, multi-generational support network.
ResponsibilitiesAs a volunteer, you ll play a key role in bringing our intergenerational mission to life. Depending on your interests and strengths, you may:
- Plan and host community events (e.g., seasonal celebrations, game nights) that bring together residents of all ages
- Lead or assist with enrichment programs
, including cooking, dance, arts & crafts, and more designed for youth and inclusive of older community members - Tutor and mentor youth (ages 6–14), while encouraging connection with older residents
- Support communal space upkeep and help ensure program activities run smoothly in a welcoming environment
We’re seeking passionate, community-minded individuals from all walks of life who are eager to make a difference. Ideal volunteers will have:
- A genuine interest in working with youth and fostering intergenerational relationships
- The ability to collaborate in diverse, inclusive environments
- Reliable transportation (personal or public) to and from the community site
- Experience with children ages 6–14 is helpful, but not required
- A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude
