We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The Enrollment Specialist will play a vital role in expanding our programs through effective recruitment, public speaking, and data collection efforts, ensuring the successful enrollment of participants into various initiatives.

Duties

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit participants for programs and services
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and supervision to ensure effective program support
• Connect with the public to promote organizational initiatives within the community through direct to consumer campaigns.
• Coordinate program development activities, including planning and evaluating new projects
• Oversee data collection processes to monitor enrollment trends and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to meet organizational goals
• Assist with administrative tasks related to program registration, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or program development
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in recruiting and training staff or volunteers
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior administrative experience supporting program operations is desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Passion for community service and making a positive impact
