Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – IV Infusion Specialist

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Boulder, CO
Hourly Pay Range: $28.00–$35.00 per hour (Colorado required)

We are a naturopathic and integrative healthcare clinic in Boulder, Colorado, offering IV nutrient therapy, functional medicine services, and holistic wellness support. We are a patient‑centered practice dedicated to root‑cause healing, compassionate care, and a supportive, calm environment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will prepare and administer IV nutrient infusions, monitor patients throughout treatment, and support daily clinical operations. This role requires strong IV skills, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety.

• Prepare, start, and monitor IV infusions according to clinic protocols
• Complete patient intake and record vital signs
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Phone/Texting coverage when needed
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during infusion sessions
• Maintain infection‑control standards and organized treatment rooms
• Assist providers with naturopathic clinical procedures
• Educate patients on IV therapy, expectations, and aftercare
• Support overall clinic operations, including supply and room management
• Comply with Colorado LPN regulations and clinic policies

• Active Colorado LPN license
• Strong IV insertion and infusion experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in naturopathic, functional, or integrative medicine (preferred)
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

• Full-Time or Part-Time available
• Expected hours:
  Part‑Time (15–25 hrs/week) or Full‑Time (32–40 hrs/week)
• On‑site role in Boulder, Colorado

• Hourly Rate: $28–$35 per hour
