Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

American Family Care is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to provide high‑quality, compassionate patient care in our urgent care settings. The role is full‑time (30‑40 hours per week) with evening and weekend availability.

• Provide urgent care services to patients, diagnosing and treating acute medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records via user‑friendly EMR.
• Collaborate with a highly‑trained medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Utilize on‑site digital X‑ray and CLIA‑approved point‑of‑care lab (CBC & CMP).
• Remain compliant with all medical regulations and hospital policies.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner by an accredited certifying body.
• Active DEA license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.

Hourly rate: $65‑85 incl. monthly bonus.

Clinic hours:
Monday‑Friday 8‑8 AM‑PM, Saturday‑Sunday 8‑5 AM‑PM. No on‑call responsibility.
