Registered Nurse (RN) (Full-Time/4 Days) - OBGYN (Boulder, CO)

Position available at Boulder Medical Center. The role is full-time, 4-day work week (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) in the Foothills Clinic on Arapahoe in Boulder.

Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) candidates to join our OBGYN team. The role is full-time, 4-day work week.

• Part‑time employees eligible for medical / dental / vision, voluntary benefits, 401(k) and holiday pay (if regularly scheduled to work on an observed holiday).
• Day shift schedule Monday through Friday.

• Provides comprehensive professional nursing care to individuals and/or families, acting as the patient’s advocate, facilitator and educator.
• Recognizes, evaluates, and responds to emergency or unusual situations in the clinic, using nursing judgment to ensure medical care.
• Assists the patient and/or instructs the patient in preparation for the provider’s examination and/or specific treatment.
• Prepares examination/treatment rooms for provider’s use by ensuring that appropriate supplies, equipment and instruments are available and ready daily; maintains rooms in a neat and orderly manner.
• Assists the provider with examination by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies (e.g., minor surgery, pelvic examinations, diagnostic procedures, etc.).

• Must be able to recognize and identify patient’s symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment during course of action.

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the State of Colorado.

• 1-2 years nursing experience in a medical office, clinic or hospital, preferred.

• $30.45 - $38.07/hour (full pay range $30.45 - $45.68).
