Boulder Country Club is searching for an experienced cook for our banquet kitchen. The ideal candidate has an exceptional understanding of all cooking techniques, health and safety standards, and the will and drive to work any station necessary. Pay is $20-$24 per hour based on experience.

• Prepare all food items as directed.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain station.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.

• Two years experience as a line cook.
• Able to work nights, weekends & holidays.
• References and a working interview are required.
• A food handler certificate, Serv Safe certified is preferred.
• Desire to work as a member of a strong, cohesive team.
• Reliable transportation.
