Position Summary
As a Cook, you’ll prepare menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, keep your station organized, and help ensure every guest enjoys a great meal.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station.
- Work efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the team and support wherever needed.
- Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude during busy shifts.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (Italian or fast casual is a plus).
- Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes and directions.
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 55 lbs.
